We will be taking off and weighing in at the Lake Geneva access at the North end of Lake Geneva

Start at 7:00 am - Weigh in at 3:00 pm

Finally updating the website. Paula and I are feeling the effects of the slow economy, and I'm sure there are others out there feeling it, too. Therefore, for 2009, we are going to operate in a somewhat more economical manner.

First off, we'll be dropping the membership fee down to $20 per person.

Secondly, and more importantly, we are limiting ALL tournaments to a maximum of 15 teams. This allows us to avoid the cost of permits, which is ridiculously high for tournaments of our size. We apologize if this leaves some teams out, but this is necessary for us to continue with the circuit for 2009. All previous teams will have a preference for entry up until APRIL 1, 2008. Tournament entries will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. If you have not fished with us in the past, your entry will be held until after April 1, and then will fill any empty spots. After April 1, any remaining spots in any tournaments will be filled in order received, and no preference for past participation will apply.

Third, we'll be reducing the amount of trophies given out at each event.

We will continue to payback 90% of all entries.

Hopefully we can get back to normal for 2010, and if things change, we may make additional changes for 2009, but this is the plan for n

WE ARE ALMOST FULL !  If I continue to see a lot of interest, we may operate a North and South Division, both limited to 15 boats, same schedule, but considered 2 separate tournaments. Still kicking this around, so no promises.

C.A.S.T. is Minnesota's only Coed Bass Tournament Circuit featuring a full season of qualifying events along with a Tournament of Champions to finish the season and crown a circuit championship team. 2007 will mark the fourth season for C.A.S.T. and we look forward to another great year. The Tournament format is CoEd Teams. Each team must consist of one male and one female member. There are no other requirements of the team makeup, that is, it may consist of husband/wife, boyfriend/girlfriend, father/daughter, mother/son, or just acquaintances. Our goal is to provide a more relaxed tournament experience and to help promote family and women's participation in tournament fishing. It is also a great way to meet others with similar interests and make new friends. Check out the 2009 schedule and start making your plans now !

We'd like to thank everyone who has fished with us this over the past 4 years, as you have made C.A.S.T. a huge success. We will continue to try and improve things and keep this as a true circuit for the anglers. We value everyone's opinion, and encourage you to post on the message board on anything you'd like to see changed, added (or removed), or any other suggestions. We will always strive to keep this a fun, fair, and friendly experience for everyone.
